These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GH Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating the Alice Dating mobile application ("Alice Dating," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the App and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
- Are permitted to use the Service under applicable law.
We may verify age and suspend or terminate accounts suspected of underage use.
2. Account Responsibility
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
Account deletion. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data through the App settings. Deleting the App from your device does not delete your account or cancel active subscriptions. See Delete your account.
3. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from us via SMS, email, or push notifications. These include identity verification (OTP), onboarding reminders, match alerts, and updates to our legal terms. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link or replying "STOP" to SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Nature of the Service
Alice Dating is a dating platform intended to encourage intentional, real-world connections. You acknowledge that:
- Match availability may be limited.
- Matches may be shown simultaneously to users.
- Messaging may be restricted or capped (for example, a 10-message limit).
- Conversations may close automatically.
- Contact details are shared only after mutual consent.
No matches, responses, or outcomes are guaranteed.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others.
- Post illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
- Engage in fraud, spam, or commercial solicitation.
- Misrepresent identity or age.
- Attempt to disrupt or access non-public systems.
We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GH Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process the content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Safety and Interactions
You understand that:
- No criminal background checks are conducted.
- Interactions occur at your own risk.
- Alice Dating is not responsible for offline behavior or outcomes.
Use the in-app Block and Report tools if you feel unsafe.
8. Child Safety and CSAE Policy
GH Technologies LLC has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibited content. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, uploading, or soliciting any content that depicts or encourages the exploitation of minors.
Reporting. If you encounter any content or behavior involving a minor, use the in-app Report tool immediately or contact us at info@alice.dating.
Enforcement. We will immediately terminate the accounts of any user involved in such activities, remove the content, and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
9. No Professional Advice
Alice Dating does not provide relationship, psychological, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
10. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require payment. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via store settings. Deleting the App does not cancel subscriptions.
11. Coins, Virtual Items, and Casino Games
Coins and virtual items. Alice Town uses virtual coins. You can earn coins in the App or buy them through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Coins, and the virtual items you get with them (for example furniture, home upgrades, or a car in Alice Town), are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them inside the App. They have no monetary value and are not your property. They can never be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money, goods, services, or anything else of monetary value, by us or by anyone else. Purchased coins do not expire. Except where the law or the store’s refund policy requires otherwise, purchases are final.
Casino games. Vera’s Casino in Alice Town offers simulated casino games, such as slot machines and scratch cards, played with coins only. They are for entertainment. No real money is wagered, and no real money or prize of real-world value can be won. Practice or success at these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling. The odds and average return of each game are shown in the game.
Who may play. The casino games are only for users who are 21 or older and located in the United States. They are not available in some states, including the State of Washington, or anywhere else they are not permitted, and we may limit, change, or close them in any place at any time. We may set daily limits on play.
Your location. To decide whether you may play, we check where you are using your device’s location, your IP address, and your phone number. If we cannot determine your location, the casino games are not available to you. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or any other means to hide or misrepresent your location or age. We may close the casino games for your account, and remove coins won in breach of these Terms, if you do.
No transfers. Coins and virtual items cannot be given, sold, or transferred to another user or account.

12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms or related policies.
- Your behavior poses risk to users or the platform.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, performance, or outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GH Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including those arising from user interactions or offline events.
15. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration in Wyoming, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GH Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
17. App Store Disclaimer
These Terms are between you and GH Technologies LLC only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service and have no support obligations.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming or the federal courts of the United States for the District of Wyoming.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
