You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, and it happens right away. If you no longer have the app, write to us and we will do it for you.
In the app, in four taps
- Open Alice.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account and your data are removed immediately. You do not need to contact us.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete it and write back when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile. Your name, photos, and dating preferences are permanently removed.
- Your matches. Every current match and connection is deleted.
- Your messages. Your chat history is wiped from our servers.
- Your personal data. Your email address and authentication details are scrubbed from our database.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records are kept where the law requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Two things deleting the app does not do. Removing Alice from your phone does not delete your account, and it does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel subscriptions in your store settings.
